To make wheat flour paste: put a couple cups of flour in a shallow tray. Add water slowly while stirring so as to make a thick doughy mixture. Add hot or boiling water to thick paste until it is thin enough to spread with a brush. Use a squirt bottle to apply on the posting surface and smooth with a rag or brush. Umm, or use your own technique. duh.
